Factory Reality: Injoy actuators undergo a rigorous finishing process: one-time garnet shot-blasting, negative-pressure dust extraction, and multi-stage coating (Primer-Intermediate-Topcoat). Despite these high standards, the intensity of high-pressure blasting and paint atomization can force micron-level particulates into conventional seal grooves, risking initial seal scoring.

The Specific Solution: Our patented rib design thickens the structural wall and widens the gap between the work surface and the O-rings. This physical barrier ensures the core sealing zone remains a "Clean Haven" even during the most intense manufacturing stages.

3. Deep-Sea Integrity: >100m Subsea & Stage 2 Sealing

Deep-Sea Redundancy: For subsea applications exceeding 100m, the generous rib space allows for a secondary seal positioned outside the primary oil-circuit O-ring. This integrated defense system ensures absolute integrity against both high-speed internal pressure and external deep-sea static pressure.
