A maintenance-friendly 50m submersible actuator for ballast tank automation, marine VRCS and SWRO applications.
Application
The S Series is a 50m submersible rack and pinion 90° quarter-turn hydraulic actuator designed for submerged marine valve automation. Its monoblock cylinder, internal oil circuit and protected rib design reduce external piping, protect critical seal interfaces and improve reliability in ballast tanks, marine valve remote control systems and SWRO applications.

The "Clean Zone" Protection:
By using the thickness of the protected ribs, the S Series creates a clean zone between internal seal interfaces and external coating areas. This helps protect seal surfaces from blasting dust and coating contamination during manufacturing.
Internal Oil Circuit
No external tubing. Significantly reduces leak points, installation complexity, and potential mechanical damage.
50m Depth Rating
Specifically engineered and seal-tested for 50m continuous, reliable operation in submerged marine environments.

Monoblock Forged Cylinder Design
Our Monoblock Forged Cylinder integrates oil circuits internally, creating a Tubing-Free design. A key engineering highlight is the Safety Distance between the seal interfaces and the exterior surface. This ensures that critical internal components remain in a "Clean Zone," completely protected from grit blasting dust and coating contamination during the manufacturing process.

Stage 1: 5-Bar Seal Integrity Test
Passing the seal integrity test is a mandatory prerequisite for each critical production stage. This video shows the Initial 5-bar (0.5 MPa) Submerged Test after assembly. This is the first verification step within our quality protocol to ensure the 50m submersion rating.
