The S Series is a 50m submersible rack and pinion 90° quarter-turn hydraulic actuator designed for submerged marine valve automation. Its monoblock cylinder, internal oil circuit and protected rib design reduce external piping, protect critical seal interfaces and improve reliability in ballast tanks, marine valve remote control systems and SWRO applications.

Our Monoblock Forged Cylinder integrates oil circuits internally, creating a Tubing-Free design. A key engineering highlight is the Safety Distance between the seal interfaces and the exterior surface. This ensures that critical internal components remain in a "Clean Zone," completely protected from grit blasting dust and coating contamination during the manufacturing process.
Passing the seal integrity test is a mandatory prerequisite for each critical production stage. This video shows the Initial 5-bar (0.5 MPa) Submerged Test after assembly. This is the first verification step within our quality protocol to ensure the 50m submersion rating.
