Engineering Insight
The S-Series is defined by its Monoblock Cylinder—a structural response to the vulnerabilities of conventional hydraulic units. By prioritizing Material Continuity within the forged cylinder and Internalized Fluidics, we provide a highly reliable, maintenance-friendly power unit for the most demanding marine assets.
The "Clean Zone" Protection: By utilizing the thickness of the cylinder’s reinforced ribs, we physically distance internal seal interfaces from external surface treatments. This ensures a "Clean Zone" within the cylinder during shot blasting and coating, preserving seal integrity and long-term operational reliability.
No external tubing. Significantly reduces leak points, installation complexity, and potential mechanical damage.
Specifically engineered and seal-tested for continuous, reliable operation in submerged marine environments.
Standard C5-M coating for high-salinity environments. Optional IM3 protection available for permanent immersion in ballast water.
Monoblock Forged Cylinder Design
Our Monoblock Forged Cylinder integrates oil circuits internally, creating a Tubing-Free design. A key engineering highlight is the Safety Distance between the seal interfaces and the exterior surface. This ensures that critical internal components remain in a "Clean Zone," completely protected from grit blasting dust and coating contamination during the manufacturing process.

Passing the seal integrity test is a mandatory prerequisite for each critical production stage. This video shows the Initial 5-bar (0.5 MPa) Submerged Test after assembly. This is the first verification step within our quality protocol to ensure the 50m submersion rating.
Configuration: Integrated S Series submersible valve packages showing D771X-S butterfly valve (left side) and Q741F-S ball valve (right side) with C95800 PFB modules and C5-M coating.
Strategic Material Selection: A high-performance hybrid of C95800 Nickel-Aluminum Bronze (PFB module), 316L Stainless Steel (Ball Valve), and C5-M Marine Coating (S series Actuator & Butterfly valve).
Submersion Technology: Features an Internal Oil Circuit architecture, eliminating external tubing to ensure zero-leakage inside ballast tanks.
Actuation Type: Available in Single-acting (Spring Return) or Double-acting configurations.
System Integrity: IP68 rated and system-verified for 50 Meters depth. Every integrated package undergoes a standardized 5.0 bar functional and signal integrity test before dispatch.
Flexible Delivery & Commissioning:
Factory-Sealed Packages: For complete assemblies (D771X-S / Q741F-S), units are delivered permanently sealed and pressure-verified, ready for immediate installation.
Commissioning-Ready Modules: For standalone actuator + PFB units, interfaces are precision-machined for compatibility with standard high-performance marine sealants, allowing for easy local sealing after on-site calibration.
