We provide comprehensive flow control solutions. Our founder’s career began in 1995 within SOE production and quality management. Since 2003, we have managed global supply chains for UL/FM standard valves and actuators. In 2024, we established our own specialized facility to focus on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end marine submersible hydraulic actuators and valve actuation components.
To eliminate the "uncontrollability" of outsourced quality and to mitigate intellectual property risks prevalent in the industry. By establishing our own production base, we have seized absolute control over quality stability and core technological assets.
We strictly reject common industry materials like Q235 carbon steel, non-tempered 45# steel, and 40Cr, which often lack sufficient impact toughness in harsh conditions. Injoy components feature Q355D or tempered 45# steel as standard to ensure structural integrity even at -20°C. For extreme heavy-duty scenarios, we utilize 45Cr high-alloy steel to eliminate the risk of brittle fracture, providing a decisive safety margin during sudden high-pressure shocks.
For unpainted fasteners and exposed components, Injoy rejects standard stainless steel. We standardize on C95800 (Aluminum Bronze), 316L Stainless Steel, or 2507 Duplex Stainless Steel. These materials provide superior electrochemical corrosion resistance - forming the physical foundation for our 10-year major overhaul cycle.
We maintain a rigorous standard for surface protection. Our coating specifications are exclusively focused on world-class leaders—Jotun, AkzoNobel International, or Hempel. By adhering to these premier global standards, we guarantee the uncompromising durability required for the most demanding marine and offshore environments.
The drive shaft is the heart of torque transmission. Through a one-piece gear design that maximizes the outer diameter, we significantly thicken the drive shaft's cavity wall. This enhances torsional rigidity and absorbs cyclic stress, preventing fatigue cracking—far outperforming conventional "lightweight" market products.
This is a core optimization based on real-world failure points. In critical moments where hydraulic power fails and the valve’s clutch-driven handwheel is seized by corrosion, our oversized set screws provide the structural integrity required for a manual override via wrench. It is the final safety barrier for the piping system.
Our strategic coating partner is located adjacent to our facility, ensuring industry-leading anti-corrosion standards. This facility handles the coating for 30% of China's domestic offshore wind turbine components and serves multiple Fortune 500 companies. This unique proximity allows our products to enter the NACE Compliance process within 5 minutes of assembly. This seamless loop eliminates risks of transport damage or secondary contamination, ensuring a flawless, dense finish that provides "offshore-grade" resistance against seawater erosion.
We maintain a near-obsessive standard in component selection to ensure absolute sealing integrity in marine and deep-sea environments. We utilize Parker O-rings, as well as hydraulic oil seals from Parker, Trelleborg, or equivalent premium international brands (sourced from elite global OEM supply chains). Sensors are standardized on German P+F. This premium configuration ensures that Injoy actuators maintain exceptional sensitivity and sealing integrity in marine, subsea or extreme salt-spray environments.
This premium configuration ensures that Injoy actuators deliver exceptional sensitivity and sealing integrity across the Marine, Offshore, and Desalination sectors—specifically engineered to thrive in subsea, high-salinity, and extreme salt-spray environments.
